​Can I park my car for a short period, for example a day or two?

Yes. However, you will have to make your reservation request a few days in advance so that we can check availability and prepare parking access.

​What is the minimum duration for a parking pass?

The minimum for a parking pass is 90 days.
For periods of shorter duration, we consider parking to be for occasional use.

​How it´s made the access to your parking lots?

24/7 access is via an application installed on the customer's cell phone or access card.
Both are personal and non-transferable and can be canceled at any time.

​I tried to access the inside of the parking lot, and I can't.

If you have a parking permit, you must check whether the monthly fee has been paid.
If everything is correct in terms of payments, you can contact us on the Customer Service line 215 995 198 (Working days 09/18) so that we can check what is causing the impediment. In other periods you can contact us by email.

​By what date should monthly parking fees be paid?

Payments should preferably be made by the 8th of each month.
In specific cases, other days may be set as the deadline for payment.

​If I haven't made the payment by the deadline, will I be unable to enter the parking lot?

Yes. After the deadline for payment of amounts has passed, we reserve the right to inhibit access to the interior of the parking lot, until the situation is duly regularized.
After regularization, access is reestablished again.
The termination of a contract with amounts due does not exempt the customer from paying them.

​I lost my parking access card. What to do?

For security reasons, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can cancel your card and thus avoid unwanted access.

​I need a new card, what should I do?

If you need an additional or replacement card (for example, due to loss), you should contact our services so that we can expedite delivery of a new card.
As long as you don't have a new card with you, you can still access parking using the mobile app.

​I need a new access command, what should I do?

No replacement of access command is planned, as the system will be discontinued soon.
You must continue to access the parking lot using the mobile app.
