The personal data provided to Mobse, a brand owned by Fragmentazul, will be used exclusively for customer management, including the definition of profiles, for marketing and advertising purposes, as well as for the security of people, goods and facilities where Fragmentazul develops its commercial activity.

Fragmentazul, within the scope of its activity, plans to define customer profiles, enabling the dissemination of campaigns, products and promotions resulting therefrom.This definition of profiles will only result in the attribution of commercial advantages to the customer, based on their history of interactions with Fragmentazul, through any of the brands represented by it, as well as the sending of advertising and marketing linked to the stated advantages. customer will contain the customer's identification data, provided by the customer, as well as data relating to the purchase of products and data relating to services or products purchased, resulting from their interaction with Fragmentazul. In the collection of data carried out by Fragmentazul, only the same will have access to the personal data collected, and under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties, except in compliance with legal requirements. The data provided for the purpose of Customer Management will be kept for a period of: The data stored in software external to Fragmentazul, namely of billing, will be stored during the period in which it is active.
